Cancel a transaction

This English version is a courtesy translation. The Hebrew version is binding and prevails if the two differ.

Use this page to send us a notice canceling an order, a service or a subscription, and get confirmation that we received it. You can also cancel by phone, WhatsApp, email or registered mail.

We use these details to handle and record your cancellation notice, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are not legally required to give them, but without your name and a phone number or an email address, we cannot find the transaction. There is no need to give your ID number.

Include your full name in the notice. Business customers also include the business name and its registration number. To help us find the transaction quickly, mention the service or the order number too.

Who can cancel, and when

Private customers (consumers) can cancel a transaction under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Business customers can cancel under our Terms of Service.

Private customers (consumers)

A transaction made on the site, on WhatsApp or by phone can be canceled within 14 days of the transaction, or of receiving the document with its details, whichever is later.
A monthly or annual subscription can be canceled within that period even if the service has already started. A one-time service, such as backlinks or a website build, can be canceled up to two days before it is due to start, not counting Saturdays and holidays.
Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants can cancel within four months, if the transaction included a conversation with VeloLinx.
After such a cancellation, we refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the notice. We deduct only a cancellation fee within the limit the law sets and, for a subscription that has already started, a prorated amount for the service you received.
After the 14 days, you can cancel a subscription at any time. It ends within three business days of receiving the notice.

Business customers

Business customers can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time, under section 9 of the Terms of Service, and a one-time service under section 11.
